CoronaVirus Pandemic
Have you or your family been affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic?
Help for those financially impacted by Covid-19
We have a range of support options for those affected financially by Covid‑19 and any hardship applications relating to the virus will be given priority. Once your hardship application is received, and accepted we have a couple of options to help you including:
- Decreasing the regular payment amount
- Suspending payments totally for a short term
We stress it is important to get your hardship forms completed and back to us quickly and preferably before the loan is in arrears. That gives us the best chance to help you and avoids the chance of default fees or additional interest being charged.
Note the usual hardship application requirements still apply and we may need to see:
- Bank statements
- Any notice of redundancy
- Medical certificates you may have
- Letters from your employer relating to your employment status.
If you are unsure what government assistance you may be eligible for please visit the Covid-19 website
